Shipping costs reflect shipping within the continental United States and will arrive by either USPS Priority Mail or UPS service.  International shipping costs are higher. Please contact for additional information.  Tracking information will be provided.

If an item arrives damaged, please notify us within five days. If a package is marked as delivered and is not received, please contact your local post office or service to locate the package.  Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund if the package is not located. If a package is returned to us as being undeliverable, we will refund you the purchase price of the item but will not refund the shipping charges.

Return and Refund Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days.  Unfortunately, after 30 days we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Custom items are exempt from being returned.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and non-refundable.  It is recommended you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. 

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item.  After inspection and approval, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within seven days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
